Donna L. Green

Donna Green practices exclusively in the area of Divorce and Family Law.   She handles cases of divorce, child custody and visitation disputes, child support, premarital agreements, legitimation, paternity, domestic violence, and other complex family law matters.  Donna was featured in the 2008 edition of Notables of Williamson County.  Her editorial opinions on Tennessee divorce law have been selected for publication in The Tennessean

Donna works closely with experts in a variety of fields, such as psychology, accounting, health care, financial planning, and real estate, to provide the best possible representation to her clients.   She practices primarily in the Greater Nashville area, with the majority of her cases in Davidson, Williamson, Sumner, Wilson, and Rutherford Counties.

Education and Experience:   Donna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, with a concentration in Mechanical/ Aerospace Engineering, from Cornell University in 1990.   After several years working in corporate positions, she attended Vanderbilt University Law School, graduating with a law degree in 1998.   Donna worked as an attorney at Neal & Harwell in Nashville, TN, and at a high-asset divorce firm in Atlanta, GA, before opening her own family law firm.

Demeka K. Church

Demeka Church practices exclusively in the area of Divorce and Family Law.  She handles cases of divorce, child custody and visitation disputes, child support, adoption, paternity, domestic violence, and other complex family law matters.   She is active in the Church of the Advent in Nashville, having recently been featured in the church newsletter.

Demeka practices primarily in the Greater Nashville area, with the majority of her cases in Davidson, Williamson, Sumner, Wilson, and Rutherford Counties. She has also handled cases in Maury, Giles, Smith, and Henry counties. Demeka is licensed to practice law in all the state trial courts of Tennessee and Mississippi, as well as the Courts of Appeal and Supreme Courts of both states.  

Education and Experience:  Demeka began working in the legal profession in 1999 as a Legal Assistant. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, from the University of Mississippi, graduating magna cum laude.  She then earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Mississippi Law School.

While attending law school, she was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honors society, President of the Law Association for Women, and clerked at the prominent Tollison Law Firm in Oxford, Mississippi.
